The Arena
Welcome to The Arena, a Nassau County Tae Kwon Do and Wrestling School! We have a brand new, state of the art facility to provide students with all they need to excel. Our Tae Kwon Do Curriculum is traditional, yet, we keep the energy high and use modern teaching methods to empower students to be successful. Students are engaged as they work on focus, timing, physical conditioning, and self-defense techniques in our well-rounded programs. In addition to Tae Kwon Do we offer a full Wrestling Program. Our Wrestling Program is designed to “level up” your wrestling potential whether you are a beginner, just starting out or a seasoned competitor, we have a program for you. Are you ready to join? Any concerns? No need for them! No matter your skillset, age, or physical condition, we invite you to come on in and become a force at The Arena!

Our School
We make sure every day at The Arena is a positive one. Our instructors help keep students motivated during martial arts and wrestling classes by blending serious intentions with a fun, engaging attitude. No matter what, we are always here to support our students. Your personal goals become our goals. So, if you are trying to improve your belt rank in Tae Kwon Do or are preparing for the upcoming wrestling season, we have your back. This comes with a ton of experience from our highly experienced instructors. But wait, that’s not all. We also have special events, including Parent’s Night Out, theme events, birthday parties, for parents and kids to have additional fun outside of our regular exciting curriculum. We are dedicated to making your experience at The Arena as perfect as it can be!
History
Our inspiration for opening The Arena is based on our passion for training. Whether it is our Tae Kwon Do or Wrestling instructors, everyone loves what they do and are passionate about helping others achieve their personal goals. We find it rewarding to see students reap the many benefits of the martial arts and wrestling lessons we’ve learned on our journey. Our highly-experienced instructors plan to put everything into The Arena. Everyone is welcome as we work to make our Tae Kwon Do and Wrestling classes a rewarding experience for all!

Tae Kwon Do
Our Tae Kwon Do program is designed to allow each student to receive the proper training for their skill level. We focus on self-improvement, character development, and growth while students become more flexible and gain self-defense skills. Take a look at our different Tae Kwon Do classes to find the right one for you and/or your children.
- Level 1 (ages 5-7)
- Level 2 Beginner (ages 8-12)
- Level 3 Intermediate (ages 8-12)

Wrestling
Our Wrestling Program is designed to help students excel at the sport of wrestling. Our memberships run all year round to ensure consistent progress throughout the year. Take a look at our wrestling classes to find the right one for you and/or your children.
